   * Changes to privacy model for FREEBUSY
   * Simplify relationships.
   * Fix internationalisation issues with updating users.
   * GET/PUT against a collection URL are now interpreted as WebDAV.
   * Ensure Etag is provided for GET of calendar items.
   * Removed superseded ics.php interface. People should GET/PUT against
     calendar collections directly for WebDAV instead.
   * Cleaned out files that should not be distributed.
